Terms and Conditions for Work Less and Get More

Welcome to Work Less and Get More ("the Program") administered by Work & Whim Co. ("the Provider"). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the Programā€™s policies.

  1. Program Overview The Program is designed to provide participants with access to professionals in the commerce marketing space and provide best practices and content that will further participantsā€™ influence within their day-to-day roles. This is a group program where members are expected to participate actively and respectfully to foster a supportive environment for personal growth and development. Membership is exclusively for senior-level brand and manufacturer leaders (typically Director level roles with oversight of people and/or investments).
  2. Confidentiality Confidentiality is the protection of personal information, stories, and insights shared by participants within the Program. This is critical to creating a safe space where members feel comfortable sharing openly.
  • Obligations of Participants: By joining this Program, you agree not to disclose any information shared by other members outside the Program, including personal stories, names, or other identifying details.
  • Recording Restrictions: Recording of any sessions, either in video or audio format, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Sessions may be recorded by the program provider only for member reference purposes and will not be shared publicly.
  • Consequences of Breach: Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the Program, and depending on the severity of the breach, may also lead to legal action.
  1. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
  • Program Materials: All materials provided within the Program, including worksheets, exercises, and any shared resources, remain the intellectual property of Work & Whim Co.
  • Restrictions on Sharing Content: You may not share, distribute, or replicate any materials or content provided in the Program. This includes screenshots, recordings, or summaries of sessions outside of your organization.
  1. Participation and Conduct
  • Code of Conduct: Each member is expected to uphold a standard of respectful communication. Discriminatory, disrespectful, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Mutual Respect: This is a shared space, and each participantā€™s contributions are valued. Listen actively and respect diverse perspectives. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the Program.
  • Do Not Solicit: No solicitation is allowed.
  1. Disclaimer of Guarantees and Liability
  • No Guarantees: While we aim to support your growth, specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Results may vary depending on individual participation and circumstances.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation: Your program fee covers an annual program membership. If you wish to cancel your participation, please contact Liz Mayer at [email protected] at least 60 days before your scheduled start date.
  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable.
  1. Data Privacy
  • Data Collection and Use: Your personal information is collected solely for program administration and will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. All data collected is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.
  1. Amendments to Terms Work & Whim Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any updates will be communicated to participants in writing. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
